    Not sure when you placed this post, but our old grist mill is for sale in PA. It is located in Montgomery County, PA and should be available on any real estate site. It is listed with Prudential Fox and Roach, Jane Douglass is the sales agent. You can reach her at 215-850-2120. The property contains three acres and is now a five bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with original grain chutes in the dining room, exposed stone walls, and updated plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
